what PPS did the consortium pay for the Nortel patents? If you said zero you are correct, they paid $4.5B...In my opinion you should quit thinking share price, it is the value of the portfolio you should try to get to the bottom of at this point. The market truthfully has no way of being able to value this possible sale, only the interested parties know what they are bidding...its not based on historic earnings or forward earnings its about how any potential bidder(s) understands that they can monetize their investment.....you are caught up in current share price when the potential suitors are much more concerned with WHAT THEY CAN EXTRACT from the worldwide market with this porfolio....no question about it, IDCC has failed to parlay much of the great arsenal of inventions in big $$$, I think the new owners will be much better equipped to get paid for what is here...I stick by that if the Nortel patents and no cash and no people (thats huge IMO)was worth 4.5, IDCC has got to be worth 25% more...I will stick with 6B minimum
