There are good P&Ds and there are bad ones. This is a bad one. RP seems quite happy to sell shares at .0001 or close to. He knows it is easy to sell 1s...and much harder to sell 2s and up. He plays into the bottom feeder 'well it can't go any lower' mentality. IMO of course.
