Scottrade says the stock is still suspended and that the DTC has not issued any shares yet. He said Ameritrade jumped the gun by allowing post-split to shares trade and may be liable to clients. If this is the case, would'nt the insiders brokerage be liable to cover the shares that were sold to us? I believe that if the shares do not show up by Monday, we may not see them or we get them and are reverse split out before trading begins again. What a friggin mess. I wish the SEC could clarify to the public what is going on and what to expect. This is crazy how long it is taking for the SEC to rule........ state the facts, follow the rules, and then pass judgement.
