The facts will come out,Brent Russel and Francis Assif(Bleam) sold 100% of callarc/bleam to Voip-pal,when Voip-pal found out that they only owned 50% of callarc it put a damper on the deal,even though Bleam had already accepted the stock and both owners joined the board of Directors in Voip-pal.
They continued the fraud even though Voip-pal had been contacted by the other party and started putting up all this smoke screen to hide the fact that they had already breached not only the agreement but their feduciary resposibilities as a Director in Voip-pal.com
Platinum Tribe invested in Bleam,made their first payment then stopped once finding out that they did not own what they had sold a 100% interest in to Voip-pal.
Francis Assif was being paid right up to the last Friday before
they took down a site www.pointsphone.com that Voip-pal had just finished paying for,there will be a lot more info once the law suit is filed,I continue to believe in Voip-pals future and continue to be a share holder for the long term.
I do not think that the callarc or Bleam deal is worth it anyways,look how the owners behave,like little boys telling make believe stories to hide their lies!
