VPLM Release press saying they are using BTV products and MR Russell was fired. This is false and straight out lie. VPLM is not using BTV product. VPLM is back to using their own OLD product.

BTV is using its own product. As it stands BTV walked away and no relations exists between the company. BTV refuses to have a discussion with VPLM directly or Indirectly through VPLM attorneys however BTV welcomes any legal case in court by VPLM. Vplm has some serious explanation to do.

As far as they debt i am not sure however the facts are VPLM, richard and Platinum Tribe Inc defaulted and did not pay BTV. BTV almost collapse as these guys did not make payments. BTV had to quickly find alternative funding to keep the service operation.

Interesting how VPLM never explained how they reduce debt by 30%. The BTV guys are not even aware of how VPLM reduced debt. BTV guys are very skeptical of the intentions of VPLM and Richard and they were not comfortable at all with alot of things. LAck of transparency and trust is another reason for the breakdown. I dont think the BTV guys are greedy at all. They are looking for honest partnership but looks like companies such as VPLM struggling got greedy. This explains over the years why vplm has never made serious revenue. Ironically the same thing happened with mukesh. Go figure...
