I looked at the lastest postings by MightThor(CEO) did some DD on a few companies that might be tied to Baron.

Baron's website is developed by DevTek(Boca Raton, FL) which is managed by RightSmile Universal,LLC that is a subsidiary of RightSmile,INC which also includes RightSmile USA,INC; RightSmile Technologies,INC; RightSmile P&D,INC. They are based out of Ft. Lauderdale as well according to Sunbiz. RightSmile,INC had an LOI to acquire Revodent,INC. Later, RightSmile was to reverse merge with Global Branding,LLC(Ft. Lauderdale) which is now managed by RightSmile Universal,LLC. His postings may have some kind of connection.
