I'm the one who takes hundreds of e-mails and phone calls and actually talks to the "average investor," rather than just guessing about it. To say the average investor has "no hope" is totally wrong. To say they were frustrated by the stock price drop is correct. To say they like the sector and have great hopes based on the sector is also correct.
