With $10m in revenues and I am expecting company to keep atleast 30% net profitability (of course we all know its lot higher) means $3m to the bottom-line and .00333 in EPS with 900 mil O/S.

If you put a average of 30 P/E ratio like other technology companies equals SP of 10 cents.
