Just got off the phone with IR, negotiations are set to resume today. This is JMO but, I don't think this thing is over. According to IR they are working on a deal that will be acceptable to the "old shareholders" as well as the new. I don't know what that could possibly be but, it would seem alot of people on the inside feel they can command a higher price. This could very well turn out to be a huge positive rather than negative I think most of us saw it as yesterday.
