USOG, I wonder? How many outstanding shares there are right now?

I seen this news and said holy crap! but then look back, I invested before they tried to buy turnbull. Then they made the deal. As time went on, we knew that paying off that much debt was impossible. Give Mr. T back his company! So we are back a few notches! So what! that's business! sometimes it works out and sometimes not. Last time I looked we have a couple billion shares outstanding.
