they financed IMDS for years.

Google Hicks--he has a long and checkered past.

But IMDS is a scam that will not die. SEC, the last few years has tied up IMDS's S-1's with Southridge/Charlton.

They take forever to go through and the SEC questions it line by line practically--see the recent correspondence dump on Edgar.

5 years ago, there would be 2 or 3 per year, taking a month or 2 to get declared effective.
