I prefer to look at this Ramos transaction as similiar to an IPO. Margiotta was just trying to raise cash for his investment. Ramos selling should have been anticipated. The bright side is that Margiotta still has quite a few shares invested.

"Lastly, GRNO suggested it was close to having back financial reports posted several times over the past year or so and have yet to make any progress."

If Sharon Mitchell says they are working on the filings, I believe her.
