SEC investigations are confidential. There's no way to know whether or not GRNO is under investigation.

We do know that tens of millions of shares disappeared from the CEO (sold, transferred?), and tens of millions appeared with Ramos and Ramos, who then paid over $100k to promote the stock.

We also know Monk generally didn't run his FLD scam without the companies that were involved, knowing about it.

Lastly, GRNO suggested it was close to having back financial reports posted several times over the past year or so and have yet to make any progress.

I would be very surprised if GRNO was not of any interest to the SEC at this point in time.
