Hi...
I live in Southern California... And there are NUMEROUS commercial real estate properties and strip malls that are vacant along with Massive foreclosures...

The major retainers are hiring only 1/2 of the workers they typically hire for holiday season and unemployment has stayed at 12.1 % here in California vs national levels of 9.1%..

Middle class has pretty much been obliterated here and a sad fact is 1/4 yes 25% of LA COUNTY residents are on govt aid..

Also with many Californians out of there 99 weeks of unemployment benefits.... At a max of $454 a week things are quite bleak..
