Two 64 Million $$$ Questions!!!!

1. Does Formula 51-2 keep the $5.6 Million deposit?
2. Will Formula 51-2 put another offer greater than $3.125 on the table?

Is anyone able to phone teh company and find out.

Answers will help us decide whether the offer and vote were legit or a calculated scam (even if it was legal).

If it was legit - and we see that MTDX is $5.6 Million richer or that there is another offer greater than $3.125 on the table, then the price will rebound.

If it was not legit - then we will see the price weakening. IMO.

I'm currently leaning towards teh legit theory but need to see evidence from the company. Any other thought?
