Investigating strategic alternatives does not necessarily mean a sale of the whole company. (which most here are assuming will happen) It could include the sale of some or part of the company assets. I no longer believe a complete sale of the company will happen.

Yeah dm, who would suggest an auction? That'd be way too simple. Heck, it could be yard sale. That's my suggestions if it's not an auction. What kind of selling process do you suggest?
