The one positive spin on this is that the heavy shareholders MUST think the company is worth more to have voted so heavily against a $3.12 buyout. What other possible explaination is there? Except that this entire multi-month, well PR'd and orchestrated scam was to pull in unwitting buyers so the insiders could sell against it. This is all speculation of course.

If this company has acted honestly and in the best interests of the shareholders in trying to secure this deal, then they MUST issue a PR explaining this situation a bit more and how they now plan to move forward.

If they do nothing and this entire "buyout" was a scam perpetrated on new share(bag)holders, then I'm calling my lawyer.
