AMCJAX-I am not saying that management would not accept a higher bid, only that having private equity in the bidding process, would be a good threat to other wireless players-think lawsuits and paying license fees outside of cross licensing for many years to come. The reason I put this out as a possibility, is because I think that it is very logical to believe that this is one of the alternatives and will result in a very favorable sp. IMO
