Jim and all I think a leak has a very low chance of occurring, in fact I challenge you to look at some of the big named companies who have had big settlements or judgements and point me to large volume upswings before the news hit

I think you guys are trying to read every little thing and you are driving yourself crazy, can't you just sit back and wait for the decision
