AT credited per their usual procedure

Enough regulatory authorities were contacted prior to the "pay date" that should have set off alarm bells & the "usual procedure" should have been overridden. AT bears a portion of the blame for this clustrfark and has caused undue hardship to its clients by freezing their accounts.
