Yep, subtracted from the OS but still in the AS count, just stays in the company "safe", so it reduces the number of shares being traded, increasing our value per share. 5 million isn't a big percentage but it could be a signal to us that they plan to do this periodically. Could also be a signal that they have the cash flow to be able to do this. It's definitely a good sign.
