Forex International Dismisses Lawsuit

also: A Clean Slate Aims To Clean Out Your Pockets
Forex International (FXIT and FXITE) has wordlessly and without explanation dismissed their lawsuit against PumpsAndDumps.com. The defamation litigation was filed in conjunction with our truthful and accurate advisory, Once You Have A Reputation As A Fraud, It's Hard to FiXIT, in which we detailed the dubious backgrounds of the insiders of FXIT. We referred to several unrelated lawsuits against the insiders of FXIT and specifically a lawsuit filed by a former shareholder (whom we did not name at the time) of another Pump & Dump subject, that was conducted by these same insiders. That former shareholder, George Sharp, was also named as a Defendant in this lawsuit, in an attempt to link us and Mr. Sharp as being one and the same. Of course FXIT was unable to establish a link between us, even though it is an irrelevant allegation, as the facts cited in the advisory were truthful. The true intent of FXIT's litigation was to create the perception of a connection with Mr. Sharp and to silence us from further exposing these cons. Needless to say, their attempts were unsuccessful. As we were served with the litigation much after Mr. Sharp had already filed an answer to the lawsuit and an accompanying motion to strike the complaint, we retained his attorney to mount a similar defense. It was at that point that the cowards at FXIT ran off with their metaphorical tails between their legs.

We do not back off our claims and cannot be litigated off our positions. Those that expose themselves to scrutiny by conducting Pump & Dump campaigns, do not have the right to try and shut down their detractors or prevent them from exercising their First Amendment rights. Truth is always a defense!

The Pump & Dump joke of the day is a new scheme called A Clean Slate, Inc. (DRWN). These guys were so anxious to get this scheme started, that they couldn't even wait to get their symbol changed from that of the old Darwin Resources shell. DRWN's hanging their hat today on a new website that does nothing. It was slapped together in a matter of 5 minutes just so they could announce something in time for this scheme. The focus of the entire website is to explain the different types of bankruptcies. That's probably appropriate and maybe somewhat of a foreshadow. Their press releases aren't much better:
'Bob Goldman, President of A Clean Slate, Inc. stated, "In the process of fulfilling its vision for middle class relief and reconstitution, A Clean Slate has the opportunity to become the first national brand in the debt resolution, bankruptcy and mediation space with the capacity to change peoples' lives forever, offer continuing services from its well-being community and provide hope for the heretofore underserved."'
Huh? How does this company make a buck? What does it do? The capacity to change people's lives forever? How? By making them poorer after taking their money in this obvious scam? From a previous press release:
"The issues addressed might entail debt counseling, debt reconciliation, foreclosure, loan modification, SBA and Student Loans, divorce, bankruptcy or combinations thereof."
So in other words, DRWN's income is to be derived from people with no money? Oooooo sounds like a bonanza to us. And in order to conduct loan modifications, don't you have to be a bank or at least significantly heeled so that you can issue loans? With 5 grand in the bank and $700K in debt, this company is supposedly worth $15 million, according to its market cap. And why not. After all they reported just under $15K in revenues last quarter.

Propell (PROP) is undergoing a second Pump & Dump campaign. Shareholders are currently enjoying a 40% hit since the last Pump & Dump campaign was conducted in August and we're sure they're willing to double down and take another one for the team.

Breezer Ventures (BRZV) is on Day 2 of their new campaign to have money blown out of your pockets. Now here's a company that is purportedly exploring oil plays just brimming with maybes. Some juicy quotes from the latest BRZV press release that drives this current PnD, but don't exactly get us feeling amorous:
"Mr. Taylor concluded that the Jackson Lease might have some very productive oil and gas reserves..."[we bet not]
"...jointly study the potential [or lack thereof] of the oil and gas reserves of the Jackson Lease."
"...the Jackson Lease is potentially [there's that word again] to be productive for oil and gas."
"...and this zone could potentially be another prolific producing zone [or not] for the well"
Do you see all the outs the insiders of BRZV gave themselves for when this stock inevitably fails? A lot of caveats here and we don't like press releases with caveats because they are pretty much telling you that they are pumping this stock on make believe. After all, there's no sense letting all that insider stock sit in their pockets, when it could be sitting yours.

Fitt Highway (FHWY) brings on two more touts to pimp its stock predicated on beneficial beverages. There seems to be some appetite for this particular PnD, but we are sure that it is doomed to follow in the footsteps of other drink based Pump & Dumps like CUBV and BBDA. Maybe FHWY should sell Kool-aid, as there seem to be plenty of future bagholders willing to drink their version. The company with zero revenues to date but a healthy $4.5 million in liabilities, now carries a market cap of $20 million. That's a lot of Kool-aid.

We were contacted by representatives of eLayaway (ELAY) yesterday who were quite upset about ending up on our Watch List for the spam email campaign freshly begun on their stock. Of course we heard the usual utterance of innocence and a lack of responsibility for the campaign, but we were impressed by the fact that they sought and seemingly followed our guidance on how to make things right. At our suggestion, the company issued a press release late last night, disavowing the spam campaign and will reportedly do so directly to the SEC and DTC.
