The market cap is relative to the shares outstanding, right? The last figure I have seen is 81.8M shares outstanding. However, dillution continues. Let's say all the shares that are authorized are outstanding. The market cap today would be 4.59M at the current PPS.

255M x .018 = 4.59 M

Do you think 4.59M is a good value for the company today?
