CirTran`s Latest Sold-on-TV Project and Product is Refurbished Pachislo Slot Machines from Japan

June 23, 2005 08:30:06 (ET)

SALT LAKE CITY, Jun 23, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CirTran Corporation (CIRT, Trade), which entered the sold-on-TV market by having its CirTran-Asia subsidiary build consumers' electronics products in China, is now bringing business home, refurbishing popular Pachislo skill-stop slot machines from Japan for home amusement use in the U.S.

The new business for CirTran, an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, is being done at its 40,000-square foot ISO 9001:2000-certified factory in Salt Lake City, the largest non-captive manufacturing facility in the Intermountain Region.

$20-$30 Million Annual Market Potential

Trevor Saliba, CirTran's executive vice president for worldwide business development, said the initial Pachislo machine business represents approximately $200,000 in revenues to CirTran through July, and has created more than 15 new jobs with the company.

"If the market for sold-on-TV Pachislo skill-stop slots continues to grow," he said, "it could represent $20 to $30 million in annual revenues ... a great new market and business sector for CirTran.

"Americans love the thrill and excitement of gaming, as is evident by the explosive growth of Las Vegas and the market for poker," Mr. Saliba said. "Now, with these just-for-fun Pachislo machines being sold on TV, the 'action' can continue at home with these real machines from real casinos in Japan."

Mr. Saliba said CirTran is refurbishing the Pachislo machines and shipping them to consumers who place orders after seeing them on TV. Included with the machines, he said, are play-money tokens.

"Pachislo brings the sounds, lights, and excitement of hitting the jackpot right into the home," he said. "These real slot machines off the floors of Japanese casinos weigh upwards of 75 pounds, and are fully modernized with solid-state electronics and ready for home-based fun.

"The 'money' used in CirTran's refurbished Pachislo machines isn't real," Mr. Saliba said, "but the fun is 100% genuine for sure!"
