People read the post by OCMillionaire. He hit the nail on the head, it was a strategic acquisition, if my guess is right they are looking at using twitters platform as the schoolconnect messaging platform. You need to read the strategy for the schoolconnect project to tie it all together. OC got it

Here is what he said:
