The warranties would expire on most between three hundred and five hundred thousand miles.
Now if they are after that warrant period then this would leave this as a possible solution and they could make the choice as long as it meets CARB and the EPA mandates.

I am waiting on the costs here now as I know a new particulate matter filter can costs in the thousands and ten th osuand depending on what is wrong with it.
