On another note

If the companies promoted made people money, promo's wouldn't get a bad rap. Your intentions are good, it's just the money management of the companies should be scrutinized.

The biggest problem with promos is the money doesn't go to the company, it's usually a third party who bought debt, and looking to turn a profit for their investment in the debt.

What I'd like to see included in a promotion is the real reason for the promotion, for example, a retailer raising the money to open a store, or the money to have an item manufactured for retail. If the amount of shares were disclosed and the reason for the offering made known, I think everyone who bought would of been given fair warning and a better way of understanding what the money was used for and the chance they took.

In a third party payed for promo, this will not be the case and would be very difficult to convince people to buy because X bought debt, and X wants to sell you shares......

Difficult job you have Nilbud and hope you can make folks money by giving them the right stocks to buy. Don't be afraid to walk away from real turds.
