Motion DNA Expects Vote Results Today

PHOENIX, June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Motion DNA Corporation (Pink Sheets: MTDX) expects to be able to announce the results of its recent shareholder vote by 1:00 PM Eastern, today. The company had expected to have in its possession a full report of the vote by yesterday, June 22.
Company executives have continued to hold meetings with Formula 51-2, LLC to work on strategies in the event that issue is approved by shareholders. The meetings have also included discussions of alternatives in the event the buyout is rejected by shareholders.
Once the report has been received, an announcement will be made to shareholders via press release.
