I started to sell a business back in April of this year. Buyer wanted to do due diligence which was expected. Once we "agreed" on a price, we had to do an Asset Purchase Agreement. I just received the proposal and it has been three months since the real process started.

My point is, that these things take time. Not buying a used car here. Especially, in this case where there was a "falling" out between parties. I am absolutely sure everyone is crossing the T's and dotting the I's.
