What insiders???
Management owns 75,000 shares out of 19,000,000

The board each owns 10,500 shares a piece so you are talking about insiders owning less than 1%

A company is the biggest holder (3.8mil) so if your still wondering why this is so low with potential of being bought out at a 100% gain its because this is a toss up. no one knows how the vote will go. If management held a good size portion of the stock we would have a better idea of how the vote would go.
