Buffit- I think you are too wrapped up in calling this company a scam that you don't (or is not interested) in seeing other alternatives this company and its spin off have.

Here are the opportunities...

1. Moving up to higher OTC will automatically increase the stock price.

2. RS and Institutional Investor announcement

3. Learn Spin Off company and its FREE share offering.

4. Any combination of the above and beyond that I don't know or didn't think off.

Be patient friend...I have not gotten to the place I am if life if I was that impatient :)
