Is FINRA not the one providing short sale numbers?

OTC stocks are found on the bottom under "ORF"

Short volume for IWEB is always present, meaning that it is possible to short the stock

making sure that all our shares are in CASH will/does decrease the amount of shares that BD will allow to borrow for shorting JMHO
