Your post makes no sense. If they had the money to get the prototype done, they wouldn't need a Reverse Split. The issue is bringing in new investor capital. You say, they won't find any investors under $1.00+, How do you know ? From what I'm understanding, it sounds like they have some interested investors, but they can't afford the risk if they don't think they will be able to get their shares deposited. So, if by doing the R/S they are able to get the pps high enough where shares can be deposited by most brokers, then they will be able to get the capital needed to finish Cspace.

Or we can always go with plan B. We don't do the R/S. We continue our relationship with GG. Currently, GG has dumped more than 300million shares into the system over the past few years. We continue to give away millions of shares for services and in probably less than a year, when the pps continues to drop and the share issuance goes up, we then will be voting to increase the A/S to proably 3,000,000,000. Then you all will continue to complain, why didn't they do the r/s and find better capital.

And for those that now want to post that their broker allows them to trade tdcp. Stop right there and listen. Trading for the most part is not the issue. When someone buys $100k worth of stock thru the company, the company issues them actual certificates. That person is then responsible for finding a broker to deposit those certificates. Most brokers will charge a certain fee for them to get them into the electronic system. The shares we all trade are already in the system, and most brokers don't mind us trading them.
