In this situation, it is an excellent sign, imo. A group of investors is trying to bring the price down to get cheap shares (bid at .0035 for 600K). Strong hands are holding their shares and won't sell for less than .004 at the moment. It means that shares are in strong hands that are waiting for much bigger things to come.
