Why does a compnay go public? To raise capital to make the buisness a buisness. There is always dilution. But not like you are thinking. There was $325k given to the company for 700mm shares. Now its this guys right to hold or sell. Looks like he opted to sell and recoup his investment. That deals turns out to be shares @ .0005. so I think he is not selling for a loss.
If you had a $100K to wave under Mark's nose, I bet he would fall in love with you. But dern at this pps range, what sort of deal could he give you to get his hands on that kind of cash, .0001? .00025? some even go to the 5th decible point.

I agree with you, I want to see the sell of these tractors, put Tytan on a cash positive footing and absorbe all these inside deals. This is the playing field you chose to make your home. Its not like its some big secret.
If you want to play the inside game e-mail me.
I'll hook ya you with a guy.

Some think that is the only way to invest, Retail investors like me are a sub class of investors. I like my place in the pecking order.
