5:30 PM Arizona Time

I just talked to a gal at Investor Relations she said they are hoping to have the results within the next 30 minutes and if they do, they will issue a release right away... and if not ... there will be a press release in the morning .... Basically, they are at the mercy of the firm that is tallying the votes, and until they get the results they can't say anything .... apparently it is very close ... which i really do not understand

Now, you have to understand that they didn;'t TELL me that it was very close ... that was MY intrepertation
Because if it was a slam dunk, couldn't they give a preliminary indication .... but i suppose not that could create huge liabilities for the person answering the phone at IR
The gal that answered the phone sounded exhausted, I'm sure she has had a day from Hell today
Anyway, thats all I KNOW and some of what I think.
