Dmlabuda's chart/comments did confirm some things that we all have said on this board, there has been some serious manipulation of this ticker last week. At least I got that out of his help. The guy has been dead on many times at finding bottom purely from a technical basis.

I think having someone with a well thought out factual viewpoint should be at least considered, it is healthy IMO. I have never known him to bash just to be doing it. I asked him to look at it and I thank him for it. I am learning more everyday to at least consider certain things from a chart especially short term. I used to think charts were useless for pennystocks, but as I learn how to use them with the DD, they become more useful. I have seen positive and negative technical analysis for TOFS. Consider them all, IMO

Am i selling? of course not. Buying more at opening bell. I can say I will have to go with fundamentals (in a broad generic sense because there is no revenues of a company recently birthed)> Maybe Due Diligence might be a better term? Never the less I think that TOFS is a worthwhile investment on speculation of the potential return, which could be huge to say the least. Just thinking out loud and adding to the conversation. :)
