Unfortunately, it won't be relevant to us {other than satisfaction}. A criminal case will move slower than the bankruptcy civil case. We'll be wrapped up -- pro or con -- post confirmation and all, well before any criminal trial would be (likely) started, and certainly before finished.

This is why we have to "keep the eye on the ball" -- while criminal aspects may be satisfying to us, it doesn't help us here.

Civil is what matters.
