It is impossible to come up with an accurate cap number or valuation without income numbers so noone can say currently it is undervalued or overvalued with any certainty.

The market is forward looking however, and people will pay more than a stock is worth if it has potential to increase and by my projections SNEY could hit $1 in 2 yrs. The question is what are you willing to gamble right now and at what price to get in on the ground floor?

Long can piss and moan that he paid .02 but he will be doing cartwheels if this hits .20.
