100-200-300 SP BUYS - check
1+ million burn rate - check
payments to "mothership" start Jan 1 - check
LOC SEC cabashed - check
sinker output maybe in 2012 - check

I'm told not to worry about that stuff, LOL.




Income would make all these things a non-starter. But, short term IMO worry about these will drag the SP down to my buy points!
