I am not surprised one iota that Sussman himself is not heavily involved in this case. Every lawyer has a few areas he/she specializes in, and it does not look to me as if bankruptcy is one of Sussman's. He has done the smart thing, the only thing he really could do, by assigning the case to people who know what they are doing.
