I just want to make sure I understand this. Basically, a completely seperate company is going to be setup that has nothing to do with Tytan, but Mark will use some of the profits to enhance Tytan International in the US as TYTN will not be going onto an exchange? If dilution has been occurring like some have thought, that would mean he basically diluted the crap out TYTN to fund a completely different company?

That seems kind of F'd up to me

YTO and Tytan are working on a Joint Venture Company that will go on the China Stock Market. The plan is for Tytan's Revenues from such a effort, will go to benefit Tytan Tractor Company USA.
