The wire service, which cited the Securities and Exchange Commission, didn’t name the companies. Sina Corp. (SINA US) dropped 10 percent to $72.68. Baidu Inc. (BIDU US) tumbled 11 percent to $13.89. Youku.com Inc. (YOKU US) plunged 20 percent to $15.86. Focus Media Holding Ltd. (FMCN US) slipped 13 percent to $21.71. New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (EDU US) declined 12 percent to $24.29.
