ok, just talked to investor Relations

She said the announcement will be after the close of business today
I asked her if good news for us was good news for her and she said yes ....
and she sounded like she was in a good mood ....
so, for whatever thats worth ... i'm gonna relax and believe everything is going to turn out for the best

i assumed close of business meant close of the trading day, 4 pm east coast time, 2 pm my time, 1 pm her time, .. if close of business means 5 pm Arizona time .. thats gonna be 8 pm east cost time
