i agree w/ that scenario...the settlement will definitely be downplayed...and the 3g agreement will contain a technology partnership w/ ericy going forward....i also dont expect to see a multiple point jump...just steady buying interest going forward....much like what happened immediately after qcom settled w/ ericy...there never were any big jumps or gaps in their chart
