"What do not you understand about the word "trials"."

I understand the word perfectly, having worked in the field for many years.

When AQLV announce that 12 patients have been treated with NaturRx in Kenya, then by definition, these are trials. Even AQLV admitted that two of those patients were part of a pilot study, (study= trial) and again by definition, anyone who knows anything about trials knows that the other ten were too.

It's really not that difficult - I suggest you ask a physician or anybody versed in biomedical research to explain it to you.

"They feel it works, but have proposed that trials be conducted to insure the truth or falsity of what they may sell."

Actually they've said it does work, and claim that in the trial they have already conducted (without registration or Ethical Committee approval, two big omissions) patients were able to discontinue their antiretrovirals. I just hope none of those 12 subjects have died yet, but without proper follow-up, we may never know.

That's why registration and Ethics Committee approval are required for such experiments by both FDA and PPB.

Hope this helps your understanding of this area. If not please let me know. I'll do what I can to help.
