So you have a jug of water that says that it is a treatment for aids? What do not you understand about the word "trials". They feel it works, but have proposed that trials be conducted to insure the truth or falsity of what they may sell. Are they selling it yet? This discussion would mean something if it occurred because they were already selling the product and had performed no trials of whether or not it worked.
