Having had a bit of time to ponder the Safend acquisition from my isolated outpost on the corner of nowhere, it occurred to there are many business reasons justifing the move.

Safend does round out Waves product line, there may be oportuninties to up sell, but the business is not profitble at the moment. So it may be that no single aspect drove the acquisition more than the opportunity to integrate the Safend corporate culture among Safend's 70 employees into Wave's corporate culture.

The wandering Wavoid Nation may at last be getting close to the promised land.

Just a thought that struck me out of the blue on my journey down the road.
