Sig might have missed a few forecasts
but realize this, there is another entity involved in this deal besides Iceweb

Promark, not Iceweb, carries most weight in this transaction even though they are dropping their name. (Promark will contribute 10:1 in Assets to new entity, 20mm vs 2mm)

Any further missed forecasts are now affecting Promark and their 20 year reputation as a credible and reliable provider of tech solutions. Dale Foster is a business man with a track record and I'm sure his team was well aware of the situation before the merger decision was made...

Promark’s Professional Services Division provides VARs the opportunity to offer its clients installation, implementation and support services for many of our vendors. Promark offers a channel friendly model with a solid margin proposition for your organization to make money for service opportunities. Promark offers professional services in application integration, backup and recovery, network optimization, storage implementations and disaster recovery solutions.

The merger creates a 'total package', one stop shop for data management.

Sig will hold a spot on Board of directors but imo his exposure to Operations will be limited once the combined entity rolls out...JMHO
