The Trial


If any of you read the filings from the court room, it should be very clear that no trial will happen. I can see no way a jury will let a big corporation lead a small corporation on that they was going to license the patents for 8 years and sign working agreements, which clearly proves the patents was in place before Ericsson even knew what and how to make it work, and that Ericsson played IDCC like a fiddle got what they wanted and then tried to crush them.

The patents have been validated and revalidated, and Ericsson is up the creek and has zero chance if they brought their mothers over from Sweeden to set on the jury, as even their mothers would have been ashamed of that behavior.

A jury will give IDCC everything that would be allowed and more if they could.

Ericsson would be faced with chapter 11 as they couldn't pay all they owe, as they also wouldn't get access to the 3G patents, and they aren't going to make a living doing 2G right now.

This is as close to a no brainer as it can possibly be. Hell O.J. would even find these clowns guilty, and might even go find his knife and try to use it on Ericssons people. Charles Manson said he has never seen anything as crazy as this in his lifetime. He said he would give IDCC the money and send the Ericsson officers to prison for life, and would want them in his cell, so he could talk some sense into them.
